About the event
The Ballpark NEXT Program has reached a critical step! On December 10, three urban design scenarios will be presented to the RDA. These scenarios will guide the future development of the Ballpark sites and include a lot of ideas about community/civic buildings, housing, and parks. They are:
Scenario 1 - Adaptive reuse of the existing structure
Scenario 2 - Adaptive reuse of a portion of the structure
Scenario 3 - Removal of the structure
While a lot more work is to come, this is the first tangible step to designing the future of the heart of our neighborhood. We encourage as many of our neighbors as possible to see and comment on these plans before the presentation to the RDA.
Please join us on December 9th at 6pm at Publik Coffee (975 S West Temple). The meeting will last one-hour and end by 7pm.
