Jefferson Park Update

A lot of very exciting changes are coming to Jefferson Park, beginning with a new playground by this summer!

You can follow along on the  project webpage, which the City will update regularly. A citizen-led application was successful - thanks to Friends of Jefferson Park! We were also selected as one of the Reimagine Neighborhood Parks to receive funding from the Parks, Trails, & Open Space General Obligation Bond (GO Bond). Anticipated changes include a walking path, new human-scale lighting, park benches, stationary garbage cans. Neighbors will have a few opportunities to provide input, including at the upcoming Ballpark Bites events.
